AYRTON has designed an entirely new Fresnel lens for the latest wash-type luminaire of the HURACÉÖN family. This lens has a special optical structure for framing barndoors and works great with geometric gobos or ovalisation lenses. A progressive diffusion system lets you adjust the diffusion level according to your needs. The lens also improves colour mix and gives 10% more light than a conventional Fresnel lens. The HURACÉÖN WASH's proprietary optical system offers a 12:1 zoom ratio and a zoom range of 6.2¡« at half peak to 75¡« at one-tenth peak. This new luminaire uses the complex colour mixing system of HURACÉÖN PROFILE, with double CMY saturation for 281 trillion colours and a triple corrector for variable colour temperature from 2700 K to 15000 K, plus improved CRI. T.C.S. (patent pending).
